Ratcliff Car Loader

This is the car loader from the Ratcliff Power Station. It is industry-interactive on
the built-in track only. The other bay can be made interactive to load an empty car with coal by placing
a Coal_Loading_Dummy (kuid:2:210518:1142:5) in the center of the bay and attaching rail only track to
it long enough to reach the ends of the concrete flooring. Then connect the normal track of your choice
to the ends of the rail only track.
