Rail Bus 60

This is an old school bus which has been converted to a MOW weed control rail bus by replacing
the normal wheels with flanged wheels. There is an attachment point (a.load0) in the center of the tank. Weed killer
will only spray between 5 and 10 MPH. This and other spray parameters can be changed by manipulating the values
in the config fole for smoke2, 3, and 4. The letterings text, color, and size can be changed by manipulating the values
in the effects section of the config files mesh table.
