This is the new VIA coloration of the DSB IC3.

This DSB IC3 is a Reskin of parts the DSB IR4,
added Smoker, new Texture and a new Engine from Brummel.
Furthermore I had made the trains LLCR compatible, add
running nimbers and add the DieselAddon.
