Amtrak ALCo RS3m (Phase III w/ Black Top)

RS3m 104 was built in 1951 and was a PC (nee-NYC) unit. It had it's nose chopped and was remotered. She was used in the Boston area in the 80's then bumped to DC in the mid 90's wearing an all silver coat. Reskin by Jesse DuBois. Original model by Mark Hoffman.
