South Eastern Tar Tank Wagon

South Eastern Tar tank Wagon. Updated version with chain link couplers. Typical of those built in the 1880s to the 1920s for carrying tar or bitumen, a bye-product of gas works to processing plants. Suitable for use in South East England. Similar wagons continued in general use into the 1940s and into the 1970s as internal user wagons at Gas Works and chemical plants. It has working ACS couplers and is product enabled. Thanks to andi06 for his superscript, which runs the ACS. And thanks to John Whelan and Chris Sprague(nawlins) for debugging and beta testing.
