Shell-BP rectangular tank Wagon. Built in the 1880s for carrying tar and other bye-products of gas works to chemical plants. Suitable for use anywhere in the UK. Similar wagons continued in general use into the 1940s and into the 1970s as internal user wagons at Gas Works and chemical plants. It has working BlueStar couplers.
