R Smith Corwen 7 plank wagon dirty

A standard 7 plank wagon built in the early 1900s for the North Wales area. These vehicles were originally built with brake gear on one side only, the owners were required to add brake gear to the other side by 1939 which resulted in most of the wagons being scrapped by the early 1940s. Poly count is 2318/1876/1214 (three LOD levels). A certain amount of customisation takes place when the vehicle is placed, for example there is a 10% chance of brake gear on both sides, a 30% chance of round bottomed axleboxes. Working ACS couplers. Many thanks to Chris (nawlins) for updating to TRS2012SP1 reqirements.
