Sig BR(S) 5 way RI+L&R siding

BR(S) UQ semaphore signal with 5 way route indicator and siding signals for left and right for Bournemouth West. The calling on arm has the animation provided to make it work, but it isn't activated in this script. Mesh and textures by chrisaw using original files produced by Bloodnok, my thanks to him for agreeing to this release, his licence applies.
