Wangaratta-Whitfield
The line from Wangaratta to Whitfield was contructed from 1.3.1898 to its opening in 14.3.1899. Signals were provided only at Wangaratta and Whitfield. Signalling is based on the 1024 Vic Rail diagram. Trains were operated from Whitfield. Although the terrain is gentle and the are no really sharpo curves, 2'6'narrow gauge was used to save money and it allowed for an erxtension into hilly country to the south. This extension was never built. The engine was called 'Polly'and the line was called 'Pollyland'. There were 7 stations with goods facilities and 10 stopping places on the line. There was also a Dairy Factory at Moyhu.
Cutttings and PBR rolling stock are from SirGibby's Site, animated people are from nikolai75's Russian Site, and landscape was generated using TransDEM .
