GALONG TO BOOROWA REVISED
Galong to Boorowa .Branch opened on 2 February 1915 and closed in December 1987. The last train ran on 23 October of that year. There are 4 small stations between Galong and Gooramma two of which, Saint Michael and Saint Clement served a nearby Convent and Monasteries respectively. The main freight was stock, grain and superphosphate. The was a daily passenger train each way in the early years. Goorama was the only large intermediate station on the line. Signalling is based on the situation after the 1915 mainline deviation. Cliffs and Cuttings are from SirGibby's Site, Animated People and Animals are from Neoklai75's Site. The landscape was created using TransDDEM.
