Colne to Skipton Pt1

This is the Colne section, and needs to be joined with Pt2. Originally a L & YR and Midland joint station, Colne later became a staging & storage sidings for quite extensive amounts of carriage stock, and their consequent transit movements. All the sidings were removed in 1970 when the line to Skipton in Yorkshire was lifted. Sidings south of the viaduct were for coaching stock, sidings north of viaduct were for goods and coal deliveries. The layout is rendered mainly as it appeared in the 1950s and 1960s.
