NSW Wooden Buffer (Lit)

A simple wooden buffer constructed from 9 inch posts, similar to those found at the end of many NSW lines.
Updated to remove annoying flicker and allow positioning of the lamp

To reposition the lamp edit the config file and change the parent attachment point. There are three points:

a.lamp_l, a.lamp_r, and a.lamp_c for Left, Right, and Center
