NSW Track Flag

Often seen around NSW, signalling flags such as this are used to warn of temporary obstacles ahead such as trackwork, or in the case of a broken down freight train, the fireman will walk back along the tracks and place a flag to protect the rear of the failed train. This flag is implemented as a RED signal, and due to limitations in Trainz will unprototypically effect other signals around it. A Progressive mesh is included for TRS2004 holdouts - simply change the config.txt
