24 SR&RL Flat Car 28ft #242

A 24ng undecorated flatcar. This car has been renovated from a SR&RL flatcar and is now able to carry many new products.A ton of thanks goes to Peter Pardoe-Matthews for allowing me to do this renovation. Many of his collected textures have been used for this renovation. And many thanks as well to Mr Den (Jim Birkhimer) for adding the attachment points and modifying the load structure.
