LBSCR E4 class Engine spec
A TC3 and above steam engine spec for the RJ Billinton designed London, Brighton & South Coast Railway E4 Class 0-6-2T. This will perform most accurately if used with Stovepipe's e-specs for British rolling stock. Thanks to Barrie Spence for all his help and research.
