The front gardens are a two-for-the-price-of-one model, since they can be revolved through 180 degrees to give an alternative frontage. The unit 'slides' into the face of the villa, up to the point where the textures change. You'll need side walls, too (MTK2 RB2 PTV FGW): two for any single unit, and another one for each extra unit thereafter.

When originally constructed, the frontage was usually furnished with neat little gates and iron railings, but most of these have long since gone (mostly to help the war effort in the 1940s) to be substituted by a wide variety of replacements including chain link or wooden fencing, hedges, ornamental brick walls or often just nothing. The redundant brick pillars were sometimes removed, too, and one side offers this alternative. This item is particularly easy to reskin, so if you've been thinking of having a go, this might be a good place to start, and if you want to upload the results, that's fine, so long as you credit me as original creator.
