Modular Terrace Kit 3 Quad Terrace Block Grimy Brick.

As an experiment in response to comments about the kit nature of this series, here's a model that's completely pre-assembled and ready to go. It's at a lower resolution than my standard pieces, being based on maps that are 512 square, which means that I've been able to include nightmode without making the file size huge. Not intended for close scrutiny, but fine for near middle-distance and beyond.
