This is a reskin of Dave Snow's 'Hanging Sign - Smaller for Reskinning DES' (kuid:101046:100519). Thanks, Dave, for allowing reskins!

Update: this reskin's night mode is now different from that of Dave's original sign, in that it uses a copy of the sign's main mesh, along with an alpha-masked texture. This has been done to reduce, if not eliminate, flickering.
