Car showroom base

The first part of a two-part model of a car showroom with forecourt. Place this base first and add cars, customers, salespersons, furniture, etc. of your choice, placing them in front of the thin guide line. Items will need to be raised by 0.05 metre due to the thickness of the base. Suitable furniture is available named for example 'Furniture (desk)' under my KUID 275817. Finally add the building itself, 'Car showroom' KUID2:275817:26079:1, aligning it carefully on the base. Using layers may be helpful.
