412 Ground Switch Stand with U-5 controller LEFT

Seaboard Air Line New Century Model 50 switch machine with low targets and a tie mounted US&S U-5 switch controller. This controller detects switch point position for relaying to the signal codeline and the dispatchers desk. This switchstand would be best served on a mainline protecting derail or switch in mainline territory where a tall stand is not desired. Due to addition of the switch controller, this should only be used in signalled territory. This is the left hand version. Original author is eastcoasttrainz.
