412 PRR #4557 Mountain Tender

Update of TheCowboy's Frisco 1522 for TS2009, TS2010, and TS12. Brakeman view. Free to clone, modify, improve, reskin, and upload your own version. I would like to thank Sniper297 to reskin his Frisco 1522 and upload this model.
I also thank euphod to allow me to bring his model up to date. This updated version has water and coal levels changed to represent the amount in the tenders of the prototype.
