A RESKIN OF THE UNDECORATED VERSION.........

This is the matching undecorated bogey to go with Gumbytrain's undec RS3. This asst has been repaired so that he wheels don't spin while the locomotive is sitting in surveyor or while the locomotive is stopped. Big thanks to Gumbytrain for the original mesh.
