QuickDrive rule - Performace Tweak

QuickDrive rule - the Trains-Tab will now only show one train. This is to improve loading performance and get rid of timeout errors (ER_Timeout) related to consisthelperinfo.gs. All credit (except for my change) goes to Pierre GUY for the original asset <kuid:401543:1184>
