Diesel Refuel Industry
This industry will create loco diesel fuel and sand for filling up thirsty locos. Provides loco diesel fuel and locomotive sand. Will also fill tank cars, but not recommended due to queue size. If loco needs both sand and fuel, pipe animation will occur for each queue (twice).
