Dock (Transfer) 30in gauge

Generic dock for loading / unloading cargo ships.
Supports Western passengers, baggage, mail, and Old West General goods.
Model is based on Vulcan's dock splines and textures; these can be used to customize the dock - close the ends; extend the length, etc. Thank you Vulcan!!
Script is based on Peter Dehnert's extended passenger station scripts - thank you Peter!!
No cargo generation or deletion; transfers cargo between road/rail and ships only.
Supports one road, one rail track, and two different ship track heights (sea level track and 3m above (ground level) ship track).
This is a ng30in. version of Pencil42,s wonderful asset, to whom I give a big thank you for his kind permission, to let me upload this gem to the DLS - Thank you Curtis!
All that I did was chainged the gauge of the track to 30 in. gauge, and chainged the build number to 2.9. Enjoy! -steamrodder-
