NG30 8-stall roundhouse and 65 foot iron turntable

65' iron turntable and 8-stall roundhouse
2ft 6in (30 inch) narrow gauge-- All that I did was replace 3ft track with 2ft 6in track, and chainged the build number to 2.9.My thanks to Pencil42 for letting me modify his content and upload to the DLS.
3 levels of detail for the roundhouse; 3731 / 1874 / 882 polygons
766 / 286 / 32 polygons for the turntable bridge.
Revision 2: updated turntable mesh, fixed alignment problems
