GWR Crane 16

Reproduction of Crane 16 from GWR plan website.
The crane model is an experiment to demonstrate a script controlled multi-animation model. Script updated to remove looping.
The model texture was taken from an old black and white photo of the crane and coloured to GWR green.
The main bogey also demonstrates a combination of m.notex, m.onetex and m.reflect materials. The m.notex material is used in place of a one colour texture.
