Conductors Bell
A driver command to ring the bell.
The bell for some trams in Trainz is used for the passenger stop bell. In bygone times the conductor would ring the bell twice to signal all clear before the tram departs from a stop.
Tested with motorman1066 and silversmith trams.
(Only works in TS12)
