Sig LMS combined restricted height post RH

An LMS design combined home and distant semaphore on a shorter post for locations where obstacles may impede the sighting of normal height signals. Placed on right hands side of the track. These signals use bloodnok's signalling script, and thanks to hime for allowing this release.
