GCR V3

The route attempts to simulate the Great Central Railway, the Last Main Line in the UK. At present the route starts at Annesley (just south of Mansfield) and terminates at Culworth Junction, just south of Woodford Halse.

It is therefore possible to run 'windcutters' between Annesley & Woodford.

GWR consists can access the GCR either through the route from Banbury at Culworth Junction or the SMJR line from Stratford on Avon at Woodford Halse.

The route is built to run in TS12 with the Settle & Carlisle Add-on. Please note that the route is still a Work in Progress and much work remains to be achieved with respect to scenery.

I do hope that Trainzers will be able to have fun with the route. All comments and criticisms will be appreciated.
