S and C Water Column Ground_rollable_TS12

A water column for the S&C to be placed on the ground.
Script modified so engine can stay attached to consist while watering.
Mesh modified to animate column's swinging arm. It will rotate by 30 degrees to indicate loading is in progress.
To ensure loco does not overrun the column, assert a 5 or 8 mph speed limit at least 20m prior to it.
A conditional speed limiter such as <kuid2:137715:23002:2> can be used to avoid slowing trains that do not need to stop.
When mounted on tracks with gradients up to +/-3.5% (2 degrees angle to the horizontal) the water column can be rolled to match the gradient.
To roll this asset choose the 'rotate' button of the objects toolbar then press CTRL SHIFT while using RH mouse click on the asset to alter the roll level.
