LNER ICI Potassium Chloride wagon

This is the later Blender version of the seven wagon that uses some TC3 built-in content hence the 2.8 version number.
The basic textures, script, buffers, axle boxes are from Paul Hobbs used with kind permission. Thanks to John Whelan, Chris Sprague and the beta testers and all those who provided input to both this and the earlier version and especially to Torsten for creating the Blender XML exporter.
