A late-Victorian-era double-storey hotel located on a street corner in a NSW country town. Based on 'The Railway Hotel' in Murrurundi. While this hotel was built in the 1880s, a rear motel-rooms extension was added, probably when the private motor car became ubiquitous post WW2. The beer advertising on the ground-floor walls is typical of the 1950s and 1960s.
The model has night-mode lighting that turns on between 5pm and 6pm and turns off between 10pm and 10:45pm. Lighting appears on surfaces under the awnings.
The user may set the year that appears on the hotel's inauguration stone (roof level of bevelled corner) by opening the asset Properties editor. A realistic range for the inauguration year is 1860-1910.
