A Weatherill front-end loader loads quarry stone from a ground pile into a driveable road truck.
This is an industry with an interrupted process that operates only when a road truck triggers it.
The pile is an animated load that responds to both replenishment from the quarry face and bucket loads removed by the Weatherill loader.
The number of loader buckets that can be received by a truck is automatically calculated and the animation of the loader shows that number of buckets being delivered.
The Weatherill delivers bucket loads of 1500kg. If the last bucket load required to fill a truck is very small, it will not be delivered.
When the stone pile falls below 10% of its maximum amount, a message is posted to an instance of 'Stone quarry supply handler' <kuid:368725:90083>. A link between an instance of the quarry loader and its supply handler is made by a naming convention. If the quarry loader is named '<location name A>_quarry loader_<optional text A>' then the quarry supply must be named '<location name A>_quarry supply_<optional text A>'. More details are provided in an accompanying 'readme' text file.
Attach invisible flexi track to both ends of the loader fixed track. Once the path of the truck has been completed using invisible track, cover the invisible track with a suitable road spline.
Warning: Calculations made by the script assume standard industry process and queue values. Except for the 'stone_in' queue 'initial-count' (the start amount in the pile), do not change other process or queue parameters in Surveyor.
If the loading facility does not perform as expected, run Driver with the Message browser open, as messages generated by the script will often give an indication of the cause.
