This asset is the same as <kuid:368725:30212> except there is no built-in endcap to terminate the spline. The spline may be terminated using <kuid:368725:20648> 'fence and retaining wall post, old concrete'. The terminating post may then be adjusted in height to achieve a step increase in the wall height.
