Set throttle to equal speed of banker loco

Driver command that sets the DCC throttle setting of this foremost train loco to equal the speed of the unattached loco that is assisting the train from the rear (bank loco).
The command remains effective until the train loco reaches a target trackmark.
The intended application of the command is for cases where the command <kuid2:368725:60016:5> 'Set throttle to equal speed of loco ahead' can't be used. For instance, this command is used when the bank engine requires variation in its schedule while assisting a train. Because the bank engine will by definition have an uncoupled train ahead of it, standard DRIVE commands will not work to get the train moving. Instead absoulte commands such as <kuid2:131986:1018:1> 'SetDCCThrottle' must be used.
Yhe command matches the controls of a train engine with those of a bank engine while the train is being assisted up a grade. The target trackmark is situated at the top of the grade.
There are 3 menu items: the first to select the target trackmark, the second to select the maximum speed of the train engine in metres/sec and the third to select the multiplying factor in the throttle setting.
Different locos travel at different speeds for the same throttle setting, so the train engine's throttle is derived by applying a multiplying factor to the throttle setting of the bank engine.
The identities of the current target trackmark and train engine's max speed are stated in the refreshed menu as they become selected. Choose the trackmark and max speed before selecting the multiplying factor. The latter establishes the command in the driver schedule.
