1/4 Mile Distance Measurement
A consist that measures 1/4 mile using WILLEM2 wagons. Used for measuring distance to placing mile markers on route. Can be used for both track and road. Thanks to WILLEM2 for the wagons and jjeff1955 asking for upload.
