1900s 4 Axle Passcar E-spec
Victorian Railways Passcar Physic with Westinghouse Brake Equipment.
Used on APL, BPL, W and V Passcars (2 axle whitemetal bearing bogies).
Also best on 25-35ton cars,
anything lighter or heavier makes it handle different.
Brake Pipe: 70psi Max
Brake Cylinder: 50psi Max
