1900s 12 Wheel Passcar E-spec
Victorian Railways Passcar Physic with light friction on the axles.
Used on ABE, AE, BE, BCE, CE Passcars (3 axle bogies).
Also best on 40-50ton cars,
anything lighter or heavier makes it handle different.
Brake Pipe: 70psi Max.
Brake Cylinder: 68psi Max.
