Victorian Railways Passcar Physic with light friction on the axles at low speeds, increased friction at higher speeds.

Used on ABE, AE, BE, BCE, CE Passcars, Sleepers (3 axle bogies).

Also best on 40-50ton cars,
anything lighter or heavier makes it handle different.

Brake Pipe: 70psi Max
