Made this enginespec for the effects of running locomotives that are isolated from the train and pulled dead with the engine running to save fuel or having a shutdown locomotive running as 'dead attached' for a transfer.

Best way to use it as 'dead attached' is to clone the locomotive and put a dummy enginesound in it and delete the smoke tags, the e-spec is also configured so you can operate it as a lead locomotive.

The air pressures are based on VR, V/Line, NSW, SAR specs.
