I made this physic several years ago as I felt the current NR physic was massively over powered in the field shunted and low to mid notch range, the current locomotivess as of 2017 can produce between 110kn to 140kn at 80km/h while the old NR Physic is set to 240kn at the same speed, of cause this is all guess work and if you feel it needs some changes make a discussion post on Victrainz.
