VR 94lb/y SG Concrete

Concrete sleepers in 1,435mm thats used around Victoria from mid 1990s.

I built these tracks years ago for TS09/10 but never got around to uploading them, over the months people have asked if I can get them released, they can be a place holder in TS12 until I get around to newer high detail ones built with enviro and spec maps.

These have no end caps!.

Update: Done some minor changes to the mesh to try and improve on performance by setting it up as single sleeper and improving LOD transition.
