VR Load - HR Wheel Sets 1

A collection of spoke and disc wheels for use with HR wheel transport rollingstock, axles are both plain/roller bearing ends in a clean/dirty wagon red and dirty black with a diameter wheel of 3ft 0 1/4in.

I'm not sure how much they should weigh so I set it to 13 cwt.
