A US style signal designed to work with boat's Advanced Traffic Light System, Version 2.5.
This signal has two yellow heads, one of which is a flashing yellow signal to allow permissive turns during what would have been a red arrow. Please read the readme in the Properties window in game for important info on how to operate this signal.
