A US style signal designed to work with boat's Advanced Traffic Light System, Version 2.5. This particular signal has 5 heads, 2 pairs of which are yellow and green respectively, and is used for permissive and protected lefts. The top light turns red with the bottom right lights, hence the 'Right' designation.
