Stewart Tank

Stewart Tank (Update 1) for transport on a flatcar. Tanks now face forward. New icon. Try setting up a load queue using the same attachment points as a 20ft container. See Readme.txt for an example queue.
Converted from scenery object Tank_stewart <kuid:67261:29050> . Thanks to Mike Davis (whecsailor) for creating the mesh and allowing me to use it. The kuid for the static model is included in the kuid-table.
