This session requires route <Kuid:429700:1125) NSW Illawarra & Southern Highlands Version 5.0 TS12

Wheat & coal are transported by rail/road to the facilities at Port Kembla Inner Harbour. The harvest is in, so your task is to deliver & unload this wheat train headed by 8129/8175, at the PK Grain Terminal. Sound simple? Probably - but you'll probably be on the brakes most of the way down the escarpment.

You'll pass other trains on your run to Dombarton, each time receiving the single line working staff.

There are no speed checks but most signals/points are under session or AI control.

The session ends after the unload is complete at the grain terminal.

Want to drive this session? Just clear the schedule and take total control. The session can be driven in cab or chase view. Try using chase view and focus on the last wheat hopper to give you some idea of the length of your train and the slope down the escarpment.

Note - it was not unusual to see the new(ish) electric suburban cars led by a 48 class loco prior to the electrification of the Illawarra line.

Level of difficulty: relatively easy in ride mode, but not so in driver mode
