A very detailed and weathered Union Ice Company ice plant and wharf done as a static scenery item. This ice plant provides crushed and block ice to fishing boats. Height adjustable. Comes with night mode, smoke particle effects and sound effects. A heavily revised version of the original 'IcePlant' by George Robinson (AKA Dalliance). The loader mesh and textures are courtesy of Madeline Usher (Maddy25) from her excellent 'Dockside Bulk Granular Loader' item. PBR Textures and other meshes by MSGSapper.
