SAP_Driveway_Single_Width_Concrete_Spline_2_PBR

A slightly weathered concrete driveway with a pebble finish and a control joint spline 12 feet wide (3.6576 meters), 24 feet long (7.3152 meters) and 6 inches thick (0.1524 meters). Uses 2K non-parallax PBR textures. May be re-skinned (see the license) and the Blender 4.3.2 FBX file have has been included for this purpose. Designed for use with PBR ground textures. Poly count for each section is = 12.
